Right of Withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso)

In accordance with Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Decreto Legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

This right applies to all consumers (as defined by Art. 3 of the Consumer Code) who purchase goods through our online store. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically acquires the goods.

Conditions for Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item should:

• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
• Be in substantially the same condition as when received (reasonable inspection is permitted)
• Include all original packaging, dust bag, certificate of authenticity, and any accessories where possible
• Have all original tags and security seals intact

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with Art. 57 of the Italian Consumer Code, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless we have agreed to bear them or we have failed to inform you that you must bear the return costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item not as described, or defective goods), we will bear the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

In accordance with Art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Garanzia Legale di Conformità) under Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code for a period of 24 months from delivery. If a product is found to be non-conforming, you are entitled to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold on VEGA Luxury Bags are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. If at any time you believe an item purchased from us is not authentic, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. This authenticity guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the product and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
