We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, materials, and specifications of each item in compliance with Articles 46-67 of the Italian Consumer Code regarding pre-contractual information obligations. Product photographs are taken in controlled lighting conditions and may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen settings.

Each product listing includes a condition rating (Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good) and a detailed description of any signs of wear. We encourage customers to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

3. Authentication Guarantee

Every item sold on VEGA Luxury Bags is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication process conducted by our team of luxury goods experts. A certificate of authenticity is included with every purchase.

If an item is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs. This guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the product and is in addition to your statutory rights under Italian and EU consumer protection law.

4. Pricing and Payment

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Garanzia Legale)

In accordance with Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code, all products sold to consumers are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be non-conforming, the consumer is entitled to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Any defect of conformity that becomes apparent within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence (colpa grave), or willful misconduct (dolo), or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. For consumer disputes, the competent court shall be the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. For non-consumer disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Tribunale di Genova, Italia.

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may also submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
